Thank you so much for your final patience Tina- here is your commission finally ;w;
However, I searched through your old dA, your tumblr and such for additional references in colour, but unfortunately I could not find too much. So I've improvised to some degree as I took a lot from memory with the fans and such~

Point commissions are currently closed by the by, I'm having one of those summer blocks >_o Though I'm certain it will wear off soon.
